Snakes on a Plane!- Best fun Jules has had in a long time! He took 500 snakes up to Vancouver, Canada where the movie was filmed. A complete snake house was built for the reptiles. Jules and his crew used no more than 60 to 70 snakes at any one time, leaving a cushion for the reptiles so that they did not stress out. three to four teams of snakes were ready at all times to take over their respective roles. Kitty, the 17 foot 200 lb Burmese python, was borrowed from fellow snake handler, Brad Mc Donald who lives in Canada. She turned out to be the hit of the show! Lovely snake! Reshoots were done a couple of months after the wrap in Vancouver because the internet was flooded with "snakey" ideas for the film. "More blood, more boobs!," was the catch phrase. Glad to oblige! A media blitz occurred and didn't stop for an entire month! Spoofs on the movie were already in the making!

The Reaping- Starring Hilary Swank. Jules provided thousands of locusts (Lubbers) for this "end of days" movie. All of the bugs were collected in Baton Rouge and Port Charles between hurricanes! A very difficult decision for the producers and directors was whether to keep shooting despite the devastation. Most of the crew and their families were from New Orleans and their homes had been destroyed. It was decided that filming would continue which gave shelter and work to those that really needed it. Bravo! After the locust scenes, Mark Jackson and myself stayed on the set to protect the crew from snakes. We caught over 25 venomous(Copperheads & Cottonmouths mostly) in about 2 weeks. It was a real eye opener for the producers! Scared the hell out of them!

Dead and Deader - Can't say too much about this movie.Jules supplied over 60 Emperor Scorpions for this one and then after the job was done they went bankrupt! Great! Thanks a lot!

Red Sun, Black Sand- A Clint Eastwood movie. Some scenes were shot in Barstow, Calfornia in the silver mines. It looked like Iwo Jima from the Japanese side of the story. Jules and his side kick, Marco spent several weeks up there (it felt like a year!.) Have you ever been to Barstow!? Our job was to protect the cast and crew from Mojave Rattlesnakes and Desert Hairy Scorpions. We caught plenty, much to the discontent of the Japanese cast. It made them very nervous about picking up sand bags etc...!

Balls of Fury- A comedy about a professinal ping pong player and the Chinese drug cartel. A very funny film. Jules has his animals, (roosters, scorpions, lizards) throughout the movie which was shot in Southern California.

Casino Royale- Jules was in the Bahamas(Nassau) working on the new James Bond film with his animals. the film should be out sometime during the beginning of November.Look for it!

Bob Bailey's Disco Balls- From the producers of "Scream." A section of this movie dealt with a snakes on a plane spoof. It was great fun! Lots of snakes again!

The Carrier- A movie shot in Albuqerque, New Mexico. Jules supplied ovet 5000 bugs for a gross scene depicting a box full of rotting soft shelled crabs just crawling with beetles and cockroaches! A very smelly job indeed!

Other recent jobs: CSI Miami- Iguanas, maggots, flies and beetles. Everybody Hates Chris-Red ants-Lots of them! Microsoft- Snakes on an elevator!
